Getting Started

And getting connected is so easy - just follow the steps below or view our Smart Apartment video.

STEP 1 Using a standard network computer cable, plug your computer into the Internet Port on the wall plate found on the wall in the main lounge room area - normally near the TV. |

STEP 2 Turn on your computer and open any internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc. You will automatically be taken to our Start Page and Sign Up Centre. |

STEP 3 Click on the INSTANT ACCESS link, then enter your details in the easy to complete form and select the phone and/or internet plan that best suit you. |

STEP 4 As soon as you’ve entered all your details and selected your plan, you will be sent your Username and Password via SMS to the mobile phone number you provided. Then simply follow the link on screen to step by step instructions on setting up your user account. It’s simple to do and you’ll be online in a just a couple of minutes! |
