August 2011:
My Telecom hits the 'Go Live' on a brand new Aged Care development in Dandenong. This stunning complex features 92 apartments plus office space and Community Centre and is fitted throughout with My Telecom's full HomeSaver suite. Lightning fast ethernet broadband together with integrated home phone, property intercom and medical alert facilities await residents, ready to turn on the second they move in with an establishment fee of just $1!

The fruits of some excellent internal development work saw the release of the latest version of our Authentication & Self Provisioning Suite as used in our powered Hotels and Serviced Apartments. Fully integrated with leading Property Management Systems, the latest release makes it easier than ever for guests to self provision and gives greater control to Front Desk staff. Well done all involved!
Mar 2011:
My Telecom hits the 'Go Live' on a brand new apartment complex located in Ringwood in Melbourne's east. Comprising 80 apartments, it is a Community Managed Co-operative development fitted with My Telecom's HomeSaver ethernet broadband throughout, plus a centralised phone system integrated with the property intercom and access panel. Our services to this property allow residents to bypass the copper network saving hundreds on installation... and then they enjoy our great rates and services ongoing!
This is an exciting project and our first with this developer - we look forward to the next one coming on line mid-year.

The new year sees the launch of our all new website. A great new look with a great new feel plus easier navigation and fast access to all our online management tools through CAT. And there's a whole lot more to come... so watch this space!
Dec 2010:
My Telecom launches its all new billing engine, 'Smile'. Tailored specifically to cater for the flexibility we require over the breadth of portfolio we manage, Smile gives residential and business customers alike even greater access to advanced account management tools through the Customer Access Portal (CAT).
Nov 2010:
The 'Go Live' on another new apartment complex located in the inner-city-south of Sydney, our third such property in this booming commercial and residential locale, takes our Powered Property portfolio over the 8000 apartment mark.
Oct 2010:
My Telecom launches its Terabyte plan – 1000GB of data usage each month at speeds of up to 32Mbps in Powered Properties.
Sept 2010:
My Telecom signs a deal with the Developer and Managing Agent of a new Aged Care development in suburban Melbourne comprising 92 brand new Independent Living Units. My Telecom's HomeSaver offering encompasses total supply and management of broadband, home phone, property intercom and access, as well as integration with personal medical alert pendants and alarm stations for total peace of mind for residents.
My Telecom pushes the 'Go Live' button on an inner-city Melbourne development which can truly claim the 'Smarter Apartment' tag. Each of the 297 apartments is fitted with a Grandstream IP Multimedia phone complete with inbuilt camera and colour screen all hooked in with the property video intercom and a host of online services. The property features a 28 storey wireless LAN using the latest in 802.11n technology to give total mobility for HomeSaver customers... there's even a rooftop bar and golf driving facility. This is a real showcase for My Telecom.
