My Telecom owns and operates an advanced Multi-Service Billing Engine to support our suite of voice, data and related services. This engine also supports Agent billing, allowing multiple services to be billed on a single invoice, or producing multiple invoices for individual services for a given customer i.e. internet, phone, electricity, hot water etc.

This engine has been specifically designed to support partner Service Providers and the operators of Embedded Networks in residential apartment complexes. Our Multi-Service Billing Engine:

• Supports email or posted distribution
• Supports the broadest range of payment options (BPay, BillPoint, Direct Debit, Credit Card, CBA manual payslips)
• Supports customised Credit Management Policy enforcement
• Provides Automated Reporting issued daily to the Agent detailing:
  • Class of Customer
  • Activations / Deactivations
  • Aged Debtors
  • Actionable Items / Authorisations
• Provides support for a number of different data import formats
• Manages collections - monies are collected under a Biller Code, then allocated by Service Class or Unique Customer Number (UCN)
