Getting Started
Connecting with My Telecom could not be easier, and because we’ve invested in infrastructure within the property, you can bypass the big Telco companies and connect direct to the My Telecom network and enjoy the savings. There’s no need to call a Telco company before you move in, our services are pre-connected and getting started is so easy.

Step 1
Using a standard network computer cable, plug your computer into the Internet Port on the wall plate found on the wall in the main lounge room area / or in your bedroom.

Step 2
Turn on your computer and open any browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. 
You will automatically be taken to our Start Page and Sign Up Centre.

Step 3
Click on the SIGN UP link, then enter your details in the easy to complete form and select the phone and/or internet plan that best suits you. 

As soon as you’ve entered all your details and selected your plan, you will be sent your Username and Password via SMS to the mobile phone number you provided. Then simply follow the link on screen to step by step instructions on setting up your user account. It’s simple to do and you’ll be online in a just a couple of minutes!
