My Telecom employs, trains and manages a skilled Help Desk operating out of our Head Office in Melbourne. This Desk offers capacity to support branded customer service and accounts support for additional Partner services billed through the My Telecom Multi-Service Billing Engine.

Staff are fully trained to support all activations / deactivations, account queries and general customer enquiries
